Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
- Manage and develop resort staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and team building
- Monitor and control operational expenses while maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local communities, vendors, and tourism authorities
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in hospitality management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing resort or hotel operations with P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and staff management
- Excellent business acumen with ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
