Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction metrics
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations
- Implement sustainable practices and community engagement initiatives aligned with Bali tourism values
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in resort/hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market dynamics and local regulations
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian and other languages valued
