Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years in senior hospitality management roles
- Proven track record in process optimization and operational efficiency
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills under pressure
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism industry landscape
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with P&L management and budgeting
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
