Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability across all locations
  • Manage and mentor outlet managers, fostering a positive work culture and high-performance team
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all outlets
  • Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory and ensure quality ingredients

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in the food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of local health regulations
