Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability across all locations
- Manage and mentor outlet managers, fostering a positive work culture and high-performance team
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all outlets
- Implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory and ensure quality ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of local health regulations
