Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market share
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and P&L optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through effective training and performance management
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service excellence standards
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in hotel management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with team leadership expertise
- Deep knowledge of hospitality operations and industry best practices
- Familiarity with local tourism market dynamics in Tacloban/Leyte region
