Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and meticulously manage budgets.
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Maintain and elevate high standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
- Strategically manage inventory, cultivate strong supplier relationships, and implement robust cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all local health, safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
- Develop and execute innovative local marketing initiatives, community engagement programs, and promotional events.
- Professionally and promptly handle all customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a General Manager or senior operational role within the hospitality industry, preferably in pubs, bars, or restaurants.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L statements, driving revenue growth, and effectively controlling operational costs.
- Strong, inspirational leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sophisticated problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of food & beverage operations, inventory management systems, and relevant local regulations.
- A proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented approach to management with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; strong knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
