Dua Putra Perkasa Pratama is seeking a visionary General Manager of Accounting & Finance to spearhead our financial operations in Bekasi. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial ecosystem, ensuring fiscal health, and driving strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will be a high-caliber professional capable of managing complex accounting structures, tax compliance, and financial planning while acting as a key advisor to the executive board.
As the leader of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments, you will leverage your extensive industry experience to optimize internal controls, improve operational efficiency, and provide actionable financial insights that influence long-term company stability and profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments.
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and optimize capital allocation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and decision-making support for new business ventures.
- Streamline financial operations and integrate digital accounting solutions to enhance data accuracy and reporting speed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, customs, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a manufacturing or large-scale operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian, with excellent presentation skills for board-level reporting.
