Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through service quality monitoring and complaint resolution
- Control operational costs while maintaining high service standards
- Monitor financial performance against budget and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Build relationships with corporate clients and local tourism partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of improving profitability and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Metro Manila's hospitality market and tourism trends
