  • Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive hotel management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
