- Set and monitor performance targets, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development and operations management
- Proven track record of successful franchise expansion and multi-location management
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with proven people development skills
