- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion in Malaysia
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government bodies
- Drive innovation in educational products and services to maintain competitive advantage
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in the education sector
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
- Report on business performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in the education industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth in Malaysia
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing and executing strategic plans
