Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead the successful launch, setup, and daily operations of the new cafe concept.
- Drive overall business performance, taking full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, and optimizing cost controls.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.
- Develop and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and build strong relationships with key vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and build brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record as a General Manager, Store Manager, or Operations Leader within the F&B or Cafe industry.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on delivering a world-class guest experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
