Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house efficiency.
- Manage full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff members to maintain high retention and performance levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (SFA guidelines).
- Drive continuous improvement in guest service quality and resolve customer escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and optimize procurement costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive management experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and interpreting financial reports.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Relevant certification in Food & Beverage management or a business-related degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office Suite.
