As the General Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the overall success of the restaurant group. You will oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, brand integrity, and team development. Your leadership will directly influence the profitability and reputation of the brand within Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities include managing comprehensive P&L statements, developing and implementing aggressive sales strategies, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all outlets. You will work closely with executive chefs, marketing teams, and department heads to streamline operations and launch new culinary concepts.

To excel in this role, you should possess a robust background in hospitality management, with at least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role within high-volume, full-service restaurants. A proven track record in concept development, staff training, and cost optimization is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are non-negotiable.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring a consistent and superior guest experience across the group.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and achieve financial targets (P&L management).
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of restaurant managers and department heads, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Establish and enforce strict quality control standards for food, beverage, service, and ambiance, maintaining the brand's premium reputation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize supply chain efficiency to control costs without compromising quality.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and expansion.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations across all units.
  • Lead the conceptualization and flawless execution of new restaurant openings, seasonal promotions, and targeted marketing initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or area general manager capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing P&L statements, achieving aggressive sales targets, and implementing effective cost control measures.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-tier talent.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the F&B landscape in Metro Manila, including local supplier networks, customer demographics, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Filipino (Tagalog).
  • Must be willing to work full-time and be based in Manila City, with the flexibility to travel across various restaurant locations as required.
