Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our Heavy Equipment Rental Business Unit (MMN). In this pivotal executive role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the business unit. We are looking for a dynamic leader capable of driving growth, optimizing fleet utilization, and fostering high-performance teams within the mining and energy sector.
As the General Manager, you will serve as the primary architect for operational strategies, ensuring that our heavy equipment services exceed the rigorous demands of our mining operations. You will oversee full P&L accountability, stakeholder management, and the implementation of best-in-class maintenance and logistics protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive strategic leadership and direction for the MMN Heavy Equipment Rental business unit.
- Take full P&L accountability, ensuring profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and long-term capital investment strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and safety compliance.
- Optimize fleet availability and utilization rates through advanced predictive maintenance and asset management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal operational departments.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation within rental logistics and equipment tracking systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in heavy equipment management, mining operations, or industrial rental services.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with demonstrable success in P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy mining equipment, maintenance standards, and supply chain logistics.
- Exceptional strategic planning, commercial acumen, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
- Strong commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
