Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily hospitality operations including front desk, F&B services, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive profitability and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff through performance coaching and professional development
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Implement service excellence initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in senior hospitality management roles
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of hospitality operations and industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite
