Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the hospitality business to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies and operational plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget management, P&L analysis, and cost control measures.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction through regular audits and feedback implementation.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain a productive and engaged workforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and the local community.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards across all departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Familiarity with local market trends and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the industry.
