- Oversee all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Drive service excellence initiatives and maintain quality control systems
- Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and local stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in hospitality management with 2+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven experience in resort operations and multi-department oversight
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
