As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the property, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing work culture.
- Maintain and enhance the property's reputation and brand image.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and government authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial growth.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
