PT Garuda Mitra Sejati is seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel operations in the vibrant heart of DI Yogyakarta. As the General Manager, you will be the face of our property, responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
We are looking for a strategic leader who understands the local hospitality landscape and is capable of maximizing revenue, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve hotel revenue goals and operational objectives.
- Lead and mentor department heads to ensure seamless cross-departmental communication and performance.
- Maintain high standards of guest service quality, safety, and hospitality excellence across all touchpoints.
- Manage operational budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to drive profitability.
- Oversee property maintenance, asset management, and physical infrastructure improvements.
- Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and market share.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry (General Manager or Hotel Manager role).
- Proven track record of success in revenue management, P&L responsibility, and guest satisfaction ratings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing diverse team.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), OTAs, and digital distribution channels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the tourism and hospitality market in DI Yogyakarta is highly preferred.
