- Lead and develop high-performing hotel teams across all departments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 7+ years in hotel management with 3+ years as General Manager
- Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel operations
- Expertise in P&L management and revenue optimization strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills preferred
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's hospitality market dynamics
