Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and personalized experiences
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in hotel management with 3+ years as General Manager
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and occupancy goals
- Strong expertise in P&L management and operational cost control
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or Uzbek highly advantageous
- Deep understanding of Central Asian tourism markets and cultural sensitivities
- Certifications in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
