Are you a high-energy hospitality leader with a proven track record in managing integrated nightlife and accommodation venues? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to oversee a multi-faceted entertainment and hospitality complex in Bogor, encompassing a transit hotel, KTV lounge, and nightclub.
In this high-stakes role, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of our services, ensuring that guests experience premium hospitality by day and vibrant entertainment by night. You will drive revenue growth, oversee daily operational excellence, maintain strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a service-oriented culture across all departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of the nightlife and transit hospitality sectors.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to maximize profitability across the Hotel, KTV, and Nightclub segments.
- Manage end-to-end P&L operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional teams, including front-office staff, security, waitstaff, and entertainment personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and hygiene are maintained in accordance with local regulations and industry benchmarks.
- Direct marketing and promotional initiatives to boost foot traffic and establish the venue as a premier destination in Bogor.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and proactively address feedback to ensure long-term brand loyalty.
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory procurement for F&B operations to minimize waste and optimize margins.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in a General Manager or Operations Manager role within the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian nightlife regulatory landscape and local licensing requirements.
- Proven ability to manage diverse revenue streams, including room bookings, bar sales, and entertainment services.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze reports and implement data-driven improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive team culture in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and POS systems common in the F&B/Nightlife sectors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure operational oversight during peak periods.
