Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end daily property operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality guest services.
  • Develop and implement rigorous housekeeping and maintenance standards to maintain property aesthetics and hygiene.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping and service staff, fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and oversee procurement to optimize operational costs.
  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive steps to address issues and enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive repairs and property upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health regulations across all areas of the property.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, specifically within housekeeping or property operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of high-end cleanliness standards and hospitality industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
