Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily property operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality guest services.
- Develop and implement rigorous housekeeping and maintenance standards to maintain property aesthetics and hygiene.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the housekeeping and service staff, fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment.
- Manage inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and oversee procurement to optimize operational costs.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive steps to address issues and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive repairs and property upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health regulations across all areas of the property.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality management, specifically within housekeeping or property operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of high-end cleanliness standards and hospitality industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
