Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including freight forwarding, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services.
- Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets, operational budgets, and margin objectives are met.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expand the portfolio of key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Optimize supply chain processes and implement robust cross-border logistics solutions to enhance service efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and implement digital transformation initiatives and logistics management systems to modernize operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Management role.
- Proven track record in successful P&L management and driving year-on-year organizational growth.
- Deep expertise in freight forwarding, warehousing, and cross-border logistics within the Singapore and APAC markets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire large, diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly in managing high-value key accounts and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems and modern logistics management software.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, workplace safety, and health (WSH) regulations in a logistics environment.
