- Oversee all hotel operations including P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance
- Lead, develop, and mentor leadership teams to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with property owners and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through service standards and brand compliance

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years as General Manager
- Proven track record in international luxury/lifestyle hotel brands
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable revenue generation success
- Exceptional leadership skills in building and retaining top-tier teams
- Experience in managing owner relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
