We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager (Manufacturing Plant) to join our esteemed organization in Makati City. Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and spearhead strategic growth initiatives.
As the General Manager, you will hold full P&L responsibility for the plant. You will lead cross-functional teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance. This is a highly visible role that requires a hands-on executive who can balance short-term operational targets with long-term strategic goals. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and play a crucial role in shaping the company's future in the highly competitive Philippine market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the plant's strategic plan to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization tools.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels, procurement strategies, and logistics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Management role.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale manufacturing plant with complex operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and full P&L statements.
- Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a data-driven decision-making approach.
