Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion in the logistics sector
- Oversee all operational aspects including supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Assume full responsibility for P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners across the region
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Drive digital transformation and technological advancements within logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business growth in the logistics sector
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, transportation management, and warehousing systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building strong business relationships
