We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager Operational (F&B) to lead our dessert shop outlets in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our operations, ensuring that every outlet delivers a seamless, high-quality experience to our customers while driving profitability and growth.
Your key focus will be on operational excellence and team leadership. You will oversee daily workflows, manage financial performance through rigorous P&L analysis, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily management and smooth functioning of all dessert shop outlets, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze P&L statements to ensure outlets are profitable and within financial targets.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing, motivated team dedicated to service excellence.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving complaints and maintaining high service standards.
- Brand Compliance: Enforce company policies and brand standards across all locations to maintain a cohesive identity.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase footfall and customer loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a positive work culture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control, and budgeting.
- Problem Solving: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and dessert industry trends.
