Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals across multiple departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards (ISO, etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
- Report operational KPIs to executive leadership and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive operations experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors
- Strong P&L management and budgeting experience (PHP 50M+ budgets)
- Expertise in digital transformation and automation of operational processes
- Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
