Are you a seasoned leader with a deep background in industrial infrastructure and HSE excellence? Suryacipta Swadaya is seeking a strategic General Manager of Planning, Engineering & HSE to oversee the development and operational safety of our industrial estate assets. In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind large-scale engineering projects, ensuring that all planning, design, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards exceed regulatory requirements.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to optimize site infrastructure, manage master planning initiatives, and foster a culture of safety-first operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership for the engineering, planning, and HSE departments, ensuring alignment with corporate long-term growth goals.
- Direct the master planning and infrastructure development for industrial estate projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee end-to-end design management processes, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetary constraints.
- Establish and enforce robust HSE protocols to ensure full compliance with Indonesian industrial regulations and international safety standards.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate project approvals and site permits.
- Lead risk assessment programs and implement proactive mitigation strategies for all ongoing industrial infrastructure projects.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering and technical teams to drive operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in engineering planning, design management, and industrial HSE oversight.
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience at a Senior Manager or General Manager level.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian infrastructure regulations, zoning laws, and HSE legal frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial or property development projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
