- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance hotel profitability and market share.
- Oversee all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence, high service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the annual budget process, capital expenditure planning, and monthly financial reporting.
- Foster a culture of talent development, mentorship, and high employee engagement across all levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community to represent the hotel effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust sales and revenue management strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a General Manager capacity.
- Proven track record in managing full-service, upscale or luxury hotel properties.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
