Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic sales plans for B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and optimal performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align strategies
- Monitor sales metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic sales, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Proven track record of building and managing successful B2B partnerships
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
