We are looking for an accomplished General Manager, Warehouse Operations to lead our high-performing contract logistics teams in the dynamic industrial hub of Tuas, West Region, Singapore.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our multi-site operations. You will hold end-to-end accountability for P&L management, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across all facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing complex facilities infrastructure and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, you will leverage your relationship-building skills to ensure exceptional customer performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize multi-site warehouse operations within the Tuas and West Region cluster.
- Full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams to achieve business KPIs.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of escalation and strategic partnership.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of P&L management and driving financial results in a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
- Expert knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Experience with regional operations or a background in the Tuas industrial zone is highly desirable.
