- Oversee strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives for water and utility engineering operations
- Lead turnaround strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance

- Manage P&L responsibilities and ensure sustainable profitability
- Develop and mentor senior engineering teams to foster innovation and excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Represent the company in key industry forums and stakeholder engagements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years in water/utility engineering with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of business turnaround and market expansion
- Deep understanding of Malaysian water sector regulations and infrastructure needs
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Professional engineering license and PMP certification highly desirable
