Are you a seasoned leader ready to take on an exciting General Manager role in the dynamic markets of Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu? Esfira Pte Ltd is seeking a visionary General Manager to oversee our entire operations in these key locations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our business, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team across multiple critical departments including Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Administration. You will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in general management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results in challenging markets.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will be expected to develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture, developing talent, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations in Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu
- Lead and develop the Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Administration departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Foster a positive work culture and develop talent across the organization
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role
- Proven track record of leading Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Administration departments
- Experience working in Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu is highly desirable
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different business cultures
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving
