Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
- Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and take appropriate life-saving measures when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must possess a valid passport and be ready for immediate international deployment.
- High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a significant advantage.
