Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational logistics including equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and facility coordination
- Coordinate administrative workflows, document management, and record-keeping systems
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and official regional activities
- Implement and monitor office safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for office operations
- Support regional program implementation and initiative coordination
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational, administrative, or logistical support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian government procedures and regulatory frameworks
- Certificate in office management or logistics preferred
