Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical care, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages presenting with diverse medical conditions.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, screenings, and preventative care consultations.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in compliance with professional standards.
- Develop and implement personalized management plans for patients with chronic diseases.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health promotion, lifestyle management, and illness prevention.
- Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local health regulations and medical ethical guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Recognized Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Post-graduate qualifications in Family Medicine (GDFM, M.Med, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-internship experience in a clinical or primary care setting.
- Strong diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in the use of clinical software and EMR systems.
