ByteDance is looking for a detail-oriented General Procurement Specialist - Catering Services to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key player in our global operations, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality catering services for our offices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for catering and hospitality services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify new vendors and innovative food solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of catering supplies.
- Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand catering needs and service levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or the catering industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid right to work in Singapore (no sponsorship available).
