We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Service Manager to lead our facility operations at ASRI. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's general services to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and efficient working environment. You will act as the key point of contact for all facility management activities, ensuring that our physical assets are preserved and our operational standards meet the highest levels of excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, vendor relations, and operational logistics. You will lead a team of service staff, manage maintenance schedules, and implement cost-control measures to optimize our resource usage. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the General Service department to ensure a pristine and functional working environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for all office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Monitor and control utility expenses, including electricity, water, cleaning supplies, and waste management.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Lead, train, and mentor the General Service team to ensure high performance and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar General Service or Facilities Management role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and overseeing facility budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software, MS Office, and basic technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards in Jakarta is highly preferred.
