Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests and service calls.
- Perform high-quality troubleshooting and repairs on building fixtures and equipment.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines to minimize operational downtime.
- Communicate effectively with guests to manage expectations and provide updates on maintenance progress.
- Maintain accurate logs of all repairs and inventory used.
- Coordinate with external contractors or specialized vendors when complex repairs are required.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local safety regulations and health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a General Technician, Handyman, or similar role (preferably in hospitality or property management).
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
