As a General Technician, you will play a critical role in proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility infrastructure, equipment, and building systems.
- Conduct immediate troubleshooting and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Monitor and manage facility supplies, tools, and inventory required for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols at all times.
- Maintain clear documentation and maintenance logs for all work performed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Perform periodic building inspections to identify potential hazards or equipment failures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical fields.
- Proven work experience as a General Technician, Maintenance Staff, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical systems, plumbing, and building repairs.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, or basic repair instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Jakarta Barat area.
- Disciplined, reliable, and possessing a proactive approach to facility safety.
