We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Trade Data Analyst to join the dynamic team at Indolakto. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, generate actionable insights, and create comprehensive reports that help optimize trade strategies and improve overall market performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large volumes of sales and trade data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and automate monthly and quarterly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data sources used for reporting.
- Present data insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Identify gaps in current processes and propose data governance improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
