Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the General Trade channel
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with independent store owners and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development
- Negotiate favorable terms, secure prime shelf space, and implement effective promotional strategies
- Provide ongoing market intelligence and customer insights to inform business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the General Trade channel
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office applications, and sales reporting tools
- Deep understanding of Singapore's retail landscape and distribution channels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
