Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Maintain accurate records of travel documentation, reservations, and client profiles.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service via email, phone, and in-person consultations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Support the office team with administrative tasks and documentation processing.
- Handle travel-related issues or adjustments efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
