Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual labor and support tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility
- Support operations by helping with production processes and quality control
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Participate in training programs to develop new skills, particularly in brewery operations
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Malay
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
