Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily foam production, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Operate and maintain basic production machinery in a safe manner.
- Perform manual handling of raw materials and finished products (lifting, packing, stacking).
- Conduct basic quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
- Support inventory movement and logistics tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum PMR / PT3 / SPM or equivalent education level.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 20-30kg and standing for long hours.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Batu Pahat, Johor.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Matured attitude with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
