Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct daily inspections of the property to identify potential issues and ensure safety standards are met.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and organize the maintenance workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored safely and in good working order.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of air conditioning units and general building systems.
- Report major structural defects or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately for rectification.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Possession of a technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or General Maintenance is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or facility maintenance environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix common maintenance issues.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry principles.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
