Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable generative AI models and algorithms using Google's machine learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Research and prototype novel generative AI techniques, including large language models, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and implement best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI research and apply cutting-edge methodologies to improve product capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Extensive experience programming in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and diffusion models.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
