Join our team as a Genset Manager and take charge of our nationwide power generation operations. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance of our genset fleet across various locations. This critical role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure uninterrupted power supply for our operations.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating with the chargeman team for efficient deployment, and managing emergency response protocols. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize genset operations, reduce downtime, and maintain cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing power generation equipment and leading technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance of genset fleet nationwide
- Coordinate and schedule chargeman team assignments for optimal resource utilization
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for genset equipment
- Manage emergency response protocols and ensure quick resolution of power-related issues
- Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on genset performance, maintenance activities, and operational costs
- Train and supervise technical staff on genset operation and maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in genset management or power generation operations
- Strong knowledge of diesel generator systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting
- Experience in managing technical teams and coordinating field operations
- Certification in power generation equipment maintenance is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during emergencies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
